In this living room, we used fresh colours from the Dulux Ambiance Creative Expression palette. The main wall is divided into four colours: Metallic Silver Stellar, plus cool Minty alongside the strong Strawberry Crush; set against a Sundrenched skirting board.

All these colours blend nicely, so no single colour feels too loud.

To make the room even more vibrant, add furniture in bold primary colours and fun graphic prints.

A sofa in a bold colour—like the red one we used here—can really stand out and make your living room look stylish. You can pair it with a footstool in a different colour and add bright, fun decorations that don’t have to match perfectly.

To make the space even more interesting, add some black-and-white designs—like a large patterned rug and matching cushions.
